Alis Laura Affittacamere is located in the Nomentano district of Rome, 200 meters from Piazza Bologna and 800 meters from Villa Torlonia.

Via Nomentana begins from Porta Pia, where there is a column commemorating the "breach" made by the Bersaglieri in 1870 which sealed the union of Rome with Italy and the end of the temporal power of the Popes. The Nomentano neighborhood extends to the right of the avenue. Its late 19th century villas are home to embassies. Nomentano is served by the Policlinico and Piazza Bologna metro stops (Line B). Corso d'Italia and via Regina Margherita delimit the neighborhood to the south-west, while from the north-west front is the ancient via Salaria, and a series of connected streets, such as via di Santa Costanza and via XXI Aprile mark its "borders " East.

The neighborhood connects to the south-west with the area which includes the La Sapienza university, San Lorenzo and, the Tiburtino area further south-east, Pigneto. On the north side, however, we find the Parioli, the Trieste district and the Salario district.

Bologna/Nomentano is a beautiful late nineteenth-century neighborhood immediately close to the historic center and the Aurelian Walls to the north-east, quiet, welcoming and residential. Its location and excellent connections to all areas of Rome make it an ideal choice, both for tourists, who can reach all the main attractions of Rome comfortably, and for business travellers.

Nomentano offers an excellent choice of services: shops, cafes, restaurants, snack bars, offices, green areas such as Villa Torlonia. It is characterized by the presence of Sapienza, the University of Rome, with its 2000 students, the largest in Europe and the third in the world, by the Policlinico Umberto I university hospital, by many ministerial, trade union, cultural structures, schools and institutes research and higher education. In this neighborhood the lives of Roman families, office employees, away students and young migrants intersect.

The Nomentano neighborhood is well connected to all areas of Rome by buses, trams and the metro. The main bus terminals are Piazza Fiume (west) and Piazza Bologna (east), the Bologna and Policlinico metro stops are on line B (the blue one). This position allows you to reach both the main stations of Rome Termini and Tiburtina, connected by metro B, and the city's Fiumicino (FCO) and Ciampino (CIA) airports.
